Hi, I’m Peg. I taught writing and literature while working on my M.A. in English, and I’m a writer with about a dozen short stories and two novels published. I’ve blogged for over a decade. After making some life changes in the past year (leaving behind a two-decade career in legal administration), I’m starting to journey in a new direction to address more directly my fascination with marketing and social media.
What’s this site about, anyway?
- I love words and the way they convey ideas, and I want to help use my skills with words to help make the world a better place. (What that means, I don’t quite know yet, but I’m learning a lot, and I expect I’ll figure it out.)
- I want to motivate myself to keep learning and working to promote what’s worth promoting.
- I want to open up the conversation with others, to share what I have learned.
“My idea of good company, Mr. Elliot, is the company of clever, well-informed people, who have a great deal of conversation; that is what I call good company.”
“You are mistaken,” said he gently, “that is not good company, that is the best.”
